### Narrative Architecture Sprint: positioning and messaging

Four weeks: your positioning, message house and the proof behind it, so your site, pitch and press tell one story.

## How I work

I start every engagement with a diagnostic: no assumptions, no templates. I learn your business, your buyers and your competitive picture before I say a word about solutions.

## Implementation-Ready Deliverables

Every recommendation I make is built to be carried out, not just presented. You leave with a clear plan, defined ownership, and the context your team needs to move fast. If it helps, I stay on through a PR Launch or a retainer, so the story holds once it's live.

Yes. After a Diagnostic, Sprint or PR Launch, I offer a retainer for leaders who want steady counsel from someone who already knows the story.

What if our strategy needs to change mid-engagement?

I won't protect my own optics at the expense of your clarity. If something isn't working, I'll tell you directly and bring a revised plan.

How do we get started?
